The developer of Waterview Ridge, Craigie Developments Pty Ltd, brings together four companies with long and successful track records on the Mornington Peninsula.

Each company is peninsula-based with principals and most staff living locally.

Jim Watson and Ian Wallis, principals of project managers Wallis Watson Pty Ltd, have developed several thousand residential allotments in the past 20 years.

The family-owned and operated Bayport Group, is well known and respected on the peninsula. Specialising in road construction and project managed by Brett Torossi, Bayport Group is also a developer in its own right.

Engineering and surveying is by Speedie Development Consultants. With offices in Hastings and Melbourne, they have in recent years, helped develop more than 5000 residential allotments on the peninsula.
